I come to you from the Land without a People. I come to you from those invisible Arab people, whose ancestors left Granada in !492 after 8 centuries of rich, cultured and memorable common history with you. In this same year, 1492, Christofer Columbus sailed from this glorious city, Barcelona, to discover the new world, so he thought. This world became today, for us the invisible people in Palestine, the creator of Al Nakba and the agent of Genocide.
Yes, I come here to the welcoming friendly Barcelona from Palestine, the so-called: land without a people.
Our enemies preached this myth in the 19th century Europe. It was preached by the foes of the Jews whom they wanted to get rid of and by the Ashkenazi Jews themselves who wanted an excuse to invade my country.
The corollary to their statement is: this land, my country, will be “For a people without a land”, that is (the Ashkenazi Jews).
That was the doctrine which caused more than a century of death and destruction, hundreds of thousands killed and millions of people became homeless and destitute.
The Zionists adopted this claim as their creed. They knew it was false, that Palestine was not empty.. That is because the 19th century saw a stream of travelers, priests, officers, spies and colonial adventurers, visiting Palestine, writing books and reports to the contrary claim.
How then can the claim “Palestine is empty” be explained? The answer is loud and clear. It was a plan by the Zionists to make it so, “a land without people”.
It is the origin of the Genocide in Gaza today. to make Palestine a Land without a People.
It started actually in 1948. It was the original plan of the Haganah in 1948 during its invasion of Palestine when they depopulated 530 cities and villages through dozens of massacres.

I wish to remind with another facet of the crimes against Gaza.
For the last 600 days we have seen the Western campaign of war, tanks, planes, billions of dollars, UN vetoes poured against Gaza, assisting Israel in its war crimes.
What is the motive? to save about remaining 50 hostages- who are Israeli settlers in occupied land.
Nobody speaks of the REAL longtime hostages. map of their origin.Map 2

They are two million Palestinian refugees in Gaza Concentration Camp, from 247 towns and villages in southern Palestine. expelled by Israel in 1948, through dozens of massacres. They are crammed in a concentration camp called Gaza Strip AL map 3 at a density of 8000 persons/km2. Its area is 1.3% of Palestine, or 365 km2. They are now forced by Israel to move down south, then up north then south again in the tiny strip at a density exceeding 20,000 p/km2.
Who occupies their home? T map 4
East European settlers from Romania, Poland, Ukraine and Russia. Their number is only 150,000, at a density of only 7 persons/km2, one thousand times less than the owners of the land, the refugees in Gaza.
I ask you: who are the real hostages? et 2.3 million refugees return home after 28,000 days.
Let 150,000 settlers return home to Tel Aviv or to Poland, Romania Ukraine or Russia or wherever they belong.
Let every one returns Home
Another myth filling the media sphere justifying Israeli war crimes is this: Israel is in a state of self defense.
Israel was never in self defense since its inception.

Maps 5, 6
In six weeks, before mid-May 1948, the Zionist army attacked and depopulated 220 villages and 11 cities out of eventual 530 villages and towns. It carried out 22 big massacres out of eventual 50 big massacres that took place during al Nakba.
WHEN? That was before something called Israel was declared, before the treacherous British left Palestine and before any Arab regular soldier entered Palestine to save Palestinians from massacres like Deir Yassin.
In all, we listed 155 war crimes of massacres and atrocities (indiscriminate killing of civilians) which led to the depopulation of 530 cities and villages. These massacres are elevated to Genocide. .
Isarel was never in a state of self defense, nor will it ever be. It is a foreign murderous occupational Western colonial force.

Section 4 : Al Nakba (Maps 7)
This is how Al Nakba took place.
The Zionist Invasion of Palestine started early, in April 1948, as I said, by a Zionist European army of 120,000 trained soldiers, formed into 9 brigades, which carried out 38 military operations to conquer Palestine.
Eventually, the Zionist control of Palestine land increased from 6% under the British to 78% in 1949.
Now Israel occupies all of Palestine and areas in neighbouring Arab countries in Lebanon and Syria and it attacks states in the region as far as Iran and Yemen.

Map 8 -3 maps This is al Nakba.
First. That is where they lived. 2. That is how they were expelled. 3. That is where they are refugees.
Today there are 9 million Palestinian refugees. Their homes are occupied by Israelis. Not a single Israeli occupant of their homes has a legal title deed of the property he sits on.
94% of land in Israel is Palestinian property. Not one acre of this occupied land was obtained by any legal means under any line in international law.
So, who is the aggressor, the invader and who has the right of self defense ? And who has the right to return home?
For 77 years the Palestinians never stopped claiming their Right to Return home.
The Internation Law
The UN resolution number 194 affirming the Right of Return has been affirmed by the UN more than 130 times, the longest in UN history. International law and a myriad of UN conventions are supporting the Right of Return.
Here are some of these/ some of these.
Fourth Geneva Convention art 4. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights art 8 and 13. The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, art 7 and 8. The International Convention of the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, art 5 and 6. … and many more.
This short history begs the question:
Why are the Palestinian still not allowed to return home?
Because the original perpetrator of the crime are still doing it. These are the countries which recently vetoed the ceasefire resolutions. They are the countries supplying Israel with bombs to kill. They are silent about the Genocide still going on in Gaza.
But Palestinians are defiant and resolute. They have no intention of giving up their Right of Return. They do not want to remain refugees forever. So we have a duty: to plan for the return.
First, we see who and where the refugees are. Map 9, 10

Next, we see who occupies their land in Israel?
We made a detailed study, village by village, city by city, to find how many Jews live in Palestinian lands and where.
We found a startling result. Map 10
There are 246 Palestinian village lands which have no Jews today. There are 272 village lands which have few Jews, less than 5000 Jews.
These village lands are shown in green.
Beer Sheba district is practically empty except for repopulated Palestinian cities.
Jewish land during the Mandate is shown in blue and is today fully populated. Cities (whether mixed or not) are shown in brown. Unlike villages, Israel destruction of cities was limited to old quarters.
The Palestinian village lands which have more than 30,000 Jews are shown dotted. That is where the Jews are majority over the returnees. It is a tiny area.
So, if we now repopulate Palestinian villages by the return of the refugees, we do not find any appreciable problem of Jewish displacement.
In fact, in Galilee, the Little Triangle and Beer Sheba, there is already a sizable Palestinian population, ready to welcome their kith and kin.
Then, where are the Jews in Israel?
Generally, Jews live in 924 listed localities with a total population of 5,509,778 (year 2020) within the armistice line of 1949. But that may be misleading. Only 14 of them have a population of over 100,000; 12 have a population between 50 and 100,000, and 29 localities between 20 and 50,000.
That means that 90% of Jews live in 77 localities out of 927, or eight percent of the total number of localities. The area they occupy is 1,400 km2 or 6% of Israel’s area.
The remaining settlements are very small. The Zionist purpose of these small settlements was and is to hold the land and set roots for settlements in the Palestinian land to prevent their return.
The obvious conclusion is that by removing the kibbutz, the majority of the refugees land will be free.
The refugees can return home.
Let me first remind you of Basic Facts. Map 11. Kibbutz function is occupy Palestinian land and to to prevent their return.

The following 12 to 16 maps illustrate this….
Map 12

Map 16 (key map) clearly illustrates that most of the Palestinian refugees land is recovered by evacuating the kibbutz. Kibbutz settlers can reside in Tel Aviv or Haifa or go back to Poland.
Now Palestinians can return to their villages.
Can we find these destroyed villages? Yes we can. We can rebuild them.

Here are two Maps 17 and 18. Karatiyya and Bayt Affa.

Now we shall rebuild Suhmata. Why Suhmata?
We recognize a native of Suhmata, Map 19
a fighter for the Right of Return. He lived all his life after Nakba in Lebanon, in Rashidieh camp. He is Abu Maher Ahmad Al Yamani.

Maps 20 to 23

Justice will be made at last.
But all this needs the implementation of one cardinal principle. This principle is essential, just, non-negotiable and inevitable. That is the abolishment of Zionism and all its components: war crimes, dispossession, occupation, Apartheid, racism, discrimination AND GENOCIDE.
Finally let me correct the record I started with.
No, I do not come from a land without a people. I come from a land with a 4000- year history.
My roots are deep in this land before the Barbarians, the Ashkenazis, which Europe vomited to our shores.
The Barbarians who spilled the blood of 190000 children, made 16000 children orphaned, made 12000 children amputees.
The Barbarians who made Nagasaki, Hiroshima, Auschwitz like a training ground,
The Barbarians who were vomited by the West but cradled, supported, financed and protected by the same West ,to complete their evil deeds.
The Barbarians who destroyed every sign of human civilization; schools, universities, hospitals. nurseries, mosques, churches and homes.
The Barbarians who created a new definition of the word Evil, never known before,
The Barbarians who, not only snuffed the innocent human life, but silenced the truth and punished those who preach it,
The Barbarians who followed the steps of their Western allies, the Crusades, who, one thousand years ago, waded in Jerusalem streets, with the blood of its people up to their knees, And they still do in Jerusalem.
I say to them and to all those who support them, Palestine will triumph,
Palestinians will survive, Palestinians will return home, will rebuild a monument of human endurance,
will be an example of courage and humanity to the whole world.
Palestine will be Free from the River to the Sea.
Thank you.
